On the ground floor there are four 2-bed studio apartments with terrace, on the first floor 2-bed, 3-bed and 4-bed air-conditioned rooms with balcony. The furniture of the rooms is modern and can be supplemented with extra beds. From each room you can access a balcony or terrace. The rooms have a bathroom with shower and toilet. Guests can book with breakfast included in the price, or without. Breakfast can be ordered on site if required.
The inn is child-friendly. Accommodation is free for children up to 3 years old, with a baby bed and high chair. There is also a children’s pool in the garden.
Garden and Pool
We can make vacation and relax in a peaceful and beautiful environment decorated with flowers and evergreens, palms and other Mediterranean plants. The accommodation has a 45 m2 sun terrace and a 150 m2 roof garden, which is unique. The guest house has two swimming pools with a sliding cover option, which provides optimal utilization of the pool with its modern cleaning equipment. The pools are bordered by flower beds, green bushes, including umbrellas and sun beds. All this ensures the guests’ rest and tranquility.
Awards
The Steinhaus Bed & Breakfast hotel was awarded the “Quality in Tourism” international Gold Star award by B.I.D. (Business Initiative Directions) in Madrid in 2004. Previously, they had already won the “Flowery Keszthely” award five times in the city, and six times the “Most Flowery Commercial Accommodation on Balaton” sponsorship award announced by the Balaton Board.
Sights in the Area
The accommodation is only a 5-minute walk away from the Balaton-shore, where in summer we can participate in various interesting programs. Boat trips, beach, water playground and water sports entertain the visitors.
By bike we can see the Roman ruins in Fenékpuszta, the Klein-Balaton Visitor Center, or the Szépkilátó. No worries if we didn’t bring our own bike, because we can rent one at the guesthouse.
