Jazzation Acappella Vocal Group

Among the performances of the Filharmonia season are the Jazzation Acappella Vocal Group.

In the 2024-2025 season, the Balaton Theatre and Filharmonia Hungary will once again offer four great concerts for the musical audience in Keszthely. The Budapest Festival Orchestra, Anima Musicae Chamber Orchestra, Saint Stephen Philharmonics and Purcell Choir and Jazzation Acappella Vocal Group will be among the exceptional performers.

Jazzation is Hungary’s premier jazz acappella ensemble, whose members show that the musical experience can be at its fullest when only five people are on stage singing without instruments. It’s no coincidence that the group has won four major prizes in international competitions, their latest album was presented to a double sold-out audience at the Great Hall of the Liszt Academy, and their cartoon music compilation for the 110th anniversary of Hungarian animation, which debuted as an extra production of The Song 2024, has been viewed by more than one and a half million people.

Modern acappella lovers and those new to the genre are welcome to join the ensemble for a special selection of the best of their repertoire: their complex harmonies, virtuoso improvisations and musical experiences from around the world bring to life the depth of thought and soul-stirring heights they will share with their audience in this concert.
