The Admiral Family Resort**** is a guesthouse located a few minutes’ walk from the Balaton shore, where spacious rooms, an outdoor pool and a playground provide relaxation for the whole family.
The marina of Keszthely is only a few hundred meters away, but the city center can be also reached in just 15 minutes on foot. A few steps from the guesthouse we find the Libás Beach and the sailing marina. The Balaton bike path runs along the parallel street. On the almost 2000 m2 of green area, an outdoor pool, a pirate ship playground, a 3 meter trampoline, table tennis, badminton, and a garden grill awaits both children and adults from June to the end of September.
In the two buildings there are a total of 24 Superior rooms. The rooms were completely renovated in 2020 and this year they were the first to receive the four-star rating in Keszthely.
The family guesthouse rooms are arranged in 2-5 beds. The elegant, modern, spacious rooms, which are also equipped with air conditioning and a separate entrance toilet and bathroom, can be the perfect choice for couples and large families alike. Personal items can be kept safe in the room safe. From June to September, the open accommodation has a reception service, which is available in the Zámor building. The helpful and friendly staff is happy to help with any request. The pet-friendly guesthouse also welcomes our furry friends for a small fee.
Program Options, Pool, Wellness
When stepping out into the street, we have several options for a hiking or biking tour. Those who have forgotten their bike at home can rent one at the reception. After the tour, it is nice to take a dip in the outdoor pool located in the courtyard. We can also rest on the sunbeds on the edge of the pool, possibly in the shade of an umbrella. We can also take advantage of the wellness area in the Kristály Hotel, our partner hotel, where there are saunas, steam rooms, salt rooms and jacuzzis.
For Families
It is never easy to travel with a family, as everyone wants something different and it is not easy to coordinate the needs. The best solution for this problem is the Admirál Family Resort****. The well-kept lawn, garden pavilion and grill terrace create an idyllic picture for families. Mothers do not have to worry while sunbathing, as the hotel has a separate playground within sight of the pool, where children can swing, slide, ride a seesaw, trampoline and climb all day. In the evening, we can play table tennis with the whole family with renewed strength and refreshed. We can even request a baby cot and high chair from the hosts if we come with the smallest ones.
Parking
We don’t have to worry about finding a parking spot near the accommodation, as we can park in the closed inner courtyard of the guesthouse.
Approach
Admiral Family Resort**** is accessible from the north side via Tapolcai Road, turning onto Semmelweiss Street. From here, turn right onto the fourth street, Zámor Street, where the guesthouse is located.
From the south side, when arriving at Kossuth Lajos Street, turn right after the Balaton Museum, towards the railway station, then follow the railway tracks to the third railway crossing, after which turn left onto the second street, Zámor Street.
