The Felhő (Cloud) Guesthouse is located in the Zámor district of Keszthely, close to the beach, but further away from the bustle of the city center.
The infrastructure in the area is excellent, many shops and services can be easily and quickly reached on foot. The nearest beach, the shady and homely Libás (Goose) Beach is a fifteen minute comfortable walk away. From spring to autumn, the guest house can accommodate a total of sixteen guests and four to five dogs (of any size) on three floors.
On the first floor of the house there are three rooms and a kitchen that can be used by residents of the rooms. In the kitchen there is a refrigerator with freezer, microwave, hob, kettle, coffee maker and all kinds of dishes, glasses and cutlery in sufficient quantities. A total of eight people can sit at two dining tables at the same time. The first floor underwent a partial renovation in winter 2021, air conditioning and flat-screen TVs were installed in each room, fresh paint was applied to the walls and the corridor and two rooms received new cladding.
Maximum occupancy in the cumulus cloud room is two. This room has a private balcony and an internal bathroom. The Marshmallow Room can accommodate up to four people in two separate airspaces, while the Lambcloud Room can accommodate four people in one space. Both quadruple rooms can be equipped with an extra bed for one person on request, and the private bathrooms of the rooms are accessible through the corridor.
The ground floor Veilcloud apartment opened in spring 2021. The fully equipped apartment has a spacious terrace with garden furniture, where everything is really provided for a comfortable rest for couples.
From the first floor the rooftop Shroud Cloud apartment can be reached via an internal staircase. It has two bedrooms, a bathroom and a well-equipped kitchen. The apartment gained its current appearance in 2019 and, like the other units, of course it is also air-conditioned.
High-speed Wi-Fi is available in all rooms and public areas of the house. All rooms and apartments are equipped with cooling-heating air conditioning, which can be individually controlled.
Fun inside and outside
The garden of the guest house is perfect for cooking in cauldron, for which the householders can also provide equipment and firewood. Sporty guests can go cycling or SUP in the area, for which four bicycles and two SUPs are available. The guest house has a ping-pong table with nets, rackets and balls on request, and a mini playground with swings and slides for the youngest members of the family.
In bad weather, guests don’t have to be discouraged, because the city is full of exciting sights such as the Festetics Castle, the Balaton Museum or the Doll Museum, but if you prefer to stay in the accommodation, toys and books are available on the first floor.
Parking
Parking is free, there are three parking spaces in the garden of the house. Gate opening works easily with the help of a mobile phone.
