The Erika Apartment House in Keszthely offers 16 rooms and apartments, an outdoor pool, a sunbathing garden and a wellness area, all within a few minutes’ walk from the Balaton shore and the city centre.
They strive to provide personalized assistance to all guests: they can accommodate single travellers, couples, families and groups of friends.
Guests can choose from a variety of room and apartment types, which come with comfortable furniture, high-speed internet (WiFi), TV, safe, refrigerator and fully equipped shower bathroom. All accommodations are non-smoking. Except of the Petunia room, all rooms and apartments have a balcony/terrace.
The rooms are 1-4 beds, with one or two sleeping areas. The apartments are 1-2 rooms, accommodating 2-5 people. The kitchen is well equipped, but in addition to self-catering, breakfast can also be requested, based on vegetables and fruits grown in their own garden.
Family-friendly accommodation
They count even the smallest: they also thought of their guests with small children, as a children’s playroom and a children’s bed are waiting the youngest. Animal-friendly guests can bring their pets with them for an extra charge, by prior arrangement.
Wellness and Outdoor Pool
In the courtyard of the pension there is an outdoor pool and a sunbathing area to help with a carefree relaxation. Their wellness section offers Finnish sauna, jacuzzi, aroma and light therapy for those who wish to relax.
In the resting area one can forget about everyday worries while enjoying a pleasant fitness-wellness health tea. In the wellness area only you and your family can stay at the same time, so you don’t have to adapt to others while relaxing. The service is available upon prior registration and for a fee.
Close to Balaton, Helikon Park and Main Square
The best proof of the central location of the accommodation is that the Helikon Park is about 500 meters away, while the Main Square and Promenade, as well as the Balaton Shore and Pavilion Row are only 700-700 meters away. In a few minutes’ walk, practically any sight of Keszthely can be reached.
Parking
We can leave our car safely in the closed parking lot of the hotel courtyard.
Approach
Coming from the east side of the northern shore, we need to follow the Tapolcai Street until we reach a church, where we have to turn left, passing by the hospital. We need to keep going straight until we see the sign of the accommodation on the left.
If we are coming from the south side, we need to take the Festetics György Street and then the Kossuth Lajos Street, leading straight to the city center. After the roundabout, we turn right passing by the Balaton Museum and continue our journey through the Munkácsy and Mártírok Streets, arriving to the Kazinczy Street and then the Ady Endre Street. We keep going until we reach a fork, where we turn right to the Apát Street and then left again to the Ady Endre Street, and after a few hundred meters we arrive to the Erika Panzió.
